We work with many amazing organisations throughout the year - and Heartbeat Geelong is one of them. In mid December we welcomed Alan and Jean into the office to give them an update on the Foundation.
Heartbeat Geelong have donated over $1 million worth of equipment to the cardiac department at Barwon Health since 1987.
Although Heartbeat Geelong is not officially running as a registered committee, they are continually supporting Barwon Health cardiac by investing funds raised into the Barwon Health Foundation, allowing them to send 2 nurses each year to a conference to further their knowledge and skills in cardiology.
It was lovely to meet with you Allan and Jean - we look forward to seeing you mid year for our 6 month catchup.
