Early Bird: until 3 September. Standard: 4 September to 23 October. Last Minute: 24 October to 6 November. Entries may close prior to these dates if the event reaches capacity. Prices are in AUD and include mandatory charges, items and fees.
Age and group discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Participants under 18 years will receive an age-based discount. Participants under 5 years will receive a fixed entry price of $20 for the 10km, 5km and 3km events. Groups of 2 to 4 participants will automatically receive a 10% discount at checkout.

We ask that runners begin first, followed by walkers. Your starting position won't affect your race time, as your time begins when you cross the start line.
Race Pack Collection
How do I collect my race pack?
PRE EVENT
The Race Pack Collection Zone is located at 192 Myers St, Geelong (next to St Mary's Hall, entry via the ramp).
Opening Hours
Wednesday 4 November 3pm - 6pm
Thursday 5 November 3pm - 6pm
Friday 6 November 9am - 6pm
Saturday 7 November 9am - 5pm
Please note: Race packs/T-shirts will not be available at this location outside the above dates/times.
ON DAY COLLECTION
If you are wishing to collect your pack on the day of the event you are able to do so from 6am until 30 minutes prior to your race at the Registration Tent within the Post Race Precinct, at Ritchie Blvd.
POSTAGE
Please note postage MUST be selected and paid for at the time of registration and will only be available until 2nd of October, 2026. If you didn't select postage, you must collect at one of the above times and locations. Packs will be sent out arriving early November.
