She volunteered with Cancer After Care Group Geelong for more than 30 years, serving as group secretary and supporting many of the group’s fundraising initiatives, such as the combined charities’ Christmas card shop.
Donations made in her memory will help the Barwon Health Foundation ensure families in Geelong and western Victoria have access to the best available cancer treatment services.
