People are Important - We all need each other.

There is nothing more important than people & their health. Without each other & our community we wouldn’t live as fullfilled lives. We are all part of a big puzzle that keeps the world turning. 

Being healthier, supported & having confidence in yourself is critical to giving yourself the best chance to living life at your best. Without our health we can not go out into the world and be US. The foundation of being the best version of you in your health, everything else can be developed from there. 

I am choosing to support this project because of past personal experiences I have personally encountered as well as having met & seen people along my career who have been in tough circumstances which has broken my heart to see them this way - wishing I could help or do more. 

We all deserve health & access to supporting our health so that we can be there for ourselves, give ourself the best chance at life  and support each other.
