Friday 2nd AugHoly moly the running program I'm on had me running more often than I've ever run before! Undecided whether or not my old body is really enjoying the increased work load! 😬
7 days, 5 runs, 30ks total... 💪🏽 Huge for me as someone who only enjoys running for the after effects!
Just gotta keep it up
