Diabetes impacts many and for me having this disease for more than 20 years has meant constant monitoring and adjustments to life. The teams at Barwon Health have helped me many times when I have become unwell. Diabetic people can deteriorate quickly and I have been grateful for the advice, support and medical intervention I have received in the past from Barwon Health. Now I want to support Barwon Health to support others with all medical conditions. Thank you Barwon Health Teams for the work done to keep our community healthy.
